Medical Clinic

Wellness Center

  • The Wellness Center provides current and accurate health information about important lifestyle decisions. Our professional staff provides resources and programs in nutrition, sexual health, stress management, alcohol, tobacco, & other drug use, violence prevention, and other areas of Wellness that impact student success. Counseling and Psychological Services

  • We are here to provide mental health services to SIU students. Our staff of professional psychologists and counselors is trained to help you discover ways to cope with problems in living. Our staff has a commitment to meeting the special needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds including differences of culture, race, gender, ability, and sexual orientation. Pharmacy

  • The Student Health Center is home to a full-service pharmacy located on the first floor of the Student Health Center. Students may fill prescriptions at the pharmacy from our physicians or from physicians outside Student Health Center. In addition, the pharmacy has a large selection of over-the-counter items available for purchase.

  • Marion Eye Centers and Optical has a satellite office located on the first floor of the Student Health Center building and offers optical care for students, staff, and the general public. This is a private business that is not affiliated with the Student Health Services.

Access Inclusive Recreation

  • The Access Inclusive Recreation program offered through Recreation Sports and Services sponsors recreational activities with modifications to meet the needs of students with physical or mental disabilities.   • All students and staff who park on campus must purchase a parking decal at the Parking Division Office. Students and staff who require accessible parking need only to display a valid, state-issued Disability Parking Placard or license plate along with a current SIU parking decal.

Students’ Legal Assistance
